Abstract

Interdisciplinary collaboration among allied health professionals has emerged as a vital approach to improving healthcare delivery and patient outcomes. This research explores the role of administrative strategies in enhancing the performance of allied health teams through effective collaboration. Drawing on multiple case studies and professional experiences, the study examines how integrated teamwork and strategic management contribute to improved service quality, staff satisfaction, and organizational efficiency. The findings highlight the necessity of supportive leadership, workforce planning, and communication frameworks in fostering successful interdisciplinary practice. This paper provides evidence-based recommendations for healthcare administrators and allied health practitioners aiming to optimize collaborative efforts and performance across diverse professional groups.
